Deputies responded to a robbery call at approximately 9:05pm Thursday, Oct. 8, in the 8400 block of Santa Monica Boulevard, where they spoke with Allen, who reported being confronted by two men dressed in black, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office told Fox News Digital.

"One suspect pointed a silver handgun at the victim while the other pointed a knife and demanded the victim’s watch and bracelet," the sheriff’s office said in a statement.

"West Hollywood is not safe anymore," Allen wrote in his Instagram post, describing the attack. "Robbed at gunpoint and knifepoint by two young men that threatened to KILL me over my watch and would have! God said no tonight. My life for a watch."

Allen also shared surveillance video that appeared to show the masked suspects confronting him outside the store.

He also criticized the use of surveillance cameras to combat crime, referencing Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and California Gov. Gavin Newsom in his social media post.

"Will update more soon. Let’s hope all these flock cameras that (Karen Bass), (Gavin Newsom) and everyone thinks will stop crime can find these very dangerous criminals. God bless," Allen wrote.
